Berau Port Services

Cooperation with PT. WIRA RIZKY RIYADI (WRR) to provide port services and manage a 5-hectare port land, leveraging mutual support for licensing and business development.

Kereta Api Borneo (KAB)

NDA signed to explore the potential acquisition of KAB shares and substantial land plots (124.82 Ha), integrating rail infrastructure into our port logistics.

INKOPAD Strategic Alliance

Cooperation agreement with Induk Koperasi Angkatan Darat (INKOPAD)  for port services, management, and other lucrative business sectors in East Kalimantan, broadening our market reach.
